I'm not sure at the time that I realized the sign near our apartment was in English! Very clever and Mary and I couldn't resist being les stupide touristes américans and took turns taking each other's picture. Now I look back and wish that this samedi I was right there again. C'est la vie

I believe you when you say you wish you were there. Have a nice weekend!
This has to be just about the best tourist photo ever...I love it V.
And it it where you should be :) Cute picture!
Congratulations Virginia, this is a great blog!
Indeed, you were there!!! :-) Great shot. I might have done this too, having become a "stupide touriste francaise" myself now that I live in the US :-) Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
You may be stupide, but you're also tres chic.
Love this picture immensely. Everything about it. And you look fabulously happy. Wish you to return there soon.
You should have stood just a little more to your right.
if you just concentrate hard enough.. you will be there! it is all in the mind anyway, is it not?
beau dimanche and happy mothers day if I do not see or speak to you before demain

Cheeky!
Pas stupide du tout! (Even if it is in English) I'm glad you couldn't resist—this is lots of fun, even if it is making you a bit "homesick.".
I'm sure you'll be back there soon !
I don't believe you were there. It must have been photoshopped.
Looks almost like the "Target" store's logo... Of course pronounced the French way, "tar-jey"!
Great photo. Of course you wish you were there! Hope you get to go back very soon. I love your smile, btw.. :)
Ahhh....V in the middle of Paris Rouge - parfait!
I see you were here, or there, somewhere or everywhere! Just hope you didn't get lost, V de B!
I missed your Paris blog during my adventures in Japan and Thailand but now I'm all caught up! Allez, allez!
Being the tourist is sometimes a good thing, and I always wish I was back there :)
Love it Virginia, sometimes it's just great fun to be the 'uncool' tourist.. I distinctly remember doing something silly involving a red phone box in London haha!
