Le memento
As I've visited more and more Paris cemeteries, I've been drawn to the flowers that are often left tucked in the grillwork of mausoleum doors. At Père Lachaise recently, I photographed a number of them but this one was my favorite. The colors and the dried fronds were pleasing to me.

Superbe cliché !
Les fleurs des cimetières sont surtout destinées aux survivants.
Nice detail, V! And the faded fronds do seem appropriate here, don't they?
Very simple and moving!
Most would have ignored this.
a memento of Palm Sunday, you are very observant...
