Fontaine Saint-Sulpice
I will be presenting a phototalk on Sacred Spaces of Paris at my church, Independent Presbyterian Church this coming Sunday at 10:00 a.m. While gathering photos for my presentation, I discovered this image of the magnificent fountain at Saint-Sulpice. If you are in the Birmingham area, I hope that you will attend. Everyone is welcome!

These green chairs are calling my name. I'm looking forward to pulling one up and propping my feet on a fountain at Tuileries... or maybe Luxembourg Gardens... or most likely the Palais Royal with Peter and Mary. Paris, je t'aime!

La Fontaine
I feel certain this lovely small fountain at Luxembourg Gardens has a name and perhaps my readers will share that with all of us. As our group sauntered from L'orangerie, Joe and I stopped for multiple photo ops here. Funny, when I take a photo it's often for one reason, but when I view on my computer with time to contemplate, I sometimes see it in a new way. Now it's evident that the fountain, with its lovely sculptural leaves were cast in copper so that they would take on this lovely green patina. J'adore.

Guess Where I Went Today? - Luxembourg Gardens Again!
Oh yes, I am back in Paris ! Today, after a delicious lunch off rue Mouffetard ( my old stomping grounds) we headed to Luxembourg Gardens for a photo shoot. I found some new and interesting things to photograph that I had not seen on previous visits. Today just a few. Many more to come.
