The fires at Notre Dame this week,  made me more mindful of all the other historical, religious, architectural treasures I think we take for granted in Paris. I've only visited Sainte-Chapelle once in 2008. I hope I will be able to visit Paris again and spend time in this beautiful sacred space.

Just to amuse myself, I always have a look in the rearview mirrors of dozens of huge motorcycles parked along the streets of Paris. Sometimes I get lucky. Saint-Chapelle!

Oh this is one place you must visit when you visit Paris. I have only been once and it was an overcast day in November, 2008.  It was still breathtaking, and I won't ever forget it.  Today another view.
