Pinkified in Paris

Well Eric got me started last week when he featured the gorgeous Galeries Lafayette on his blog. It brought back all of the wonderful sights from last November's trip when we saw it in all of its megawatt splendor at night. I loved the store windows decorated to the hilt for the children. (They even had a little ramp in front of each for them to stand on. See above.). Today a few of the windows. This also brought back some nice memories of the delightful animated windows in downtown Birmingham's Loveman's and Pizitz when I was growing up.

I can't resist your pictures and I certainly couldn't resist having your calendar. Thankfully since I'm not much of a photographer, I can enjoy your artistry. Happy holidays.

Is the little poppet someone we know, Virginia??? Looks about the right size. :)

The stylists must have had so much fun putting these windows together ~ I think the upside-down flamingos are my favourites!

As for your giveaway, how very generous of you ~ I've already pressed my nose to the glass of your gorgeous calendar several times, V. I hope you sell hundreds and hundreds, that's for sure!

Shell,
Non, this is not Eva. She has never seen Galeries Lafayette at Chritmas time. :(

Petrea,
And moi!!! I was right up there with the kiddos.

Anne,
Merci!

I didn't even see the giveaway until I read everyone's comments! I want one, too! I don't deserve it, I just want it because it's so beautiful and because I miss Paris.

I hope I'm not too late! I'd love a Paris calendar of yours because you take great photographs of Paris & I would get to look at them every day!

Our 3 daughters aged 9, 6, and 4 are pinkified too! Fun and PINK photos! I'd love to win the Paris calender so my wife and I could remember our visit to Paris every day by looking at your Paris calender. I'd like our daughters to learn more about Paris by looking at your calender every day on our kitchen wall. Our middle daughter just did a school project: she sent a paper doll of herself to Claude and Valerie in Paris and he returned the paperdoll with photopages of "Flat Svea" in front of many Paris monuments! C'est tellement formidable! Bonjour d'EAGAN daily photo

Oh my, that is WAY too much pink for me! But, I'm unusual in that sentiment I'm sure...
