Oui oui! certainment. I can picture myself taking Le petit dejeuner on that jolie balcon - something simple like jus d'orange avec vienoisserie et cafe crѐme. Je suis trés contente!

We almost moved to Paris from the south of France last December. Long story, but in the end it didn't work out.
