Arrêtez et sentir les roses

Église Saint-Médard

Thank you my dear friends, for your thoughtful comments and emails following the devastating tornadoes that ripped our state apart on Wednesday.  Your outpouring of concern has touched my heart more than you will ever know.

You can make your generous donations here. It is an agency I support.

Beautiful scene with thoughts for those who have lost lives, over 200 in our state alone.

Virginia, the roses are gorgeous ... I can almost smell them! My heart and prayers go out to all those affected by the horrible storms. So glad you are safe and well!!!

Not good those storms, V. Not good. My thoughts and sympathies. I heard a little about it as I left Paris. Am back in Sydney now.

Love this old church with its rather simple interior. How nice that you were there to capture their gorgeous roses. Glad to hear that you are safe and well, but my heart goes out to your fellow Alabamans.

I could barely believe the amount of devastation created by the storms. We have another friend who lives in Mobile, but we have no way to get in touch with him, so all we can do is hope everyone's okay.

Starman, I don't believe Mobile got any bad weather. I've talked to Genie everyday.
