REAL Street Art - 3 Artistes. 3 Murs. 3 Villes

It's no secret that I don't groove on graffiti , but yesterday while Peter I were along Canal St. Martin, we stumbled on some *brand new ( oui, so new Peter didn't even know about it) street art that made us stop dead in our tracks and take a boatload of photos. Warning.... I have so many, you will probably have to suffer through more. I'll wait a bit before I post another. J'adore this wall. I want to take it home avec moi!

Picasso would have been proud.

I liked much of the street art (graffiti)in Paris, but some was just awful. I like this.
Have a safe trip home.

Graffiti, I believe, is largely illegal. This looks like a commissioned work.

What a find --- and I don't like graffiti either. But as ETS says, it looks like something more.

Well, you should be able to fit some of it in your suitcase ?

Love the colors .. and I love the distinction between graffiti and street art

I'll look forward to more shots of this, just to get a handle on exactly what it is. Bright and lovely, and I agree with Suzy.

I'm looking forward to seeing more. I like the way you've photographed the modern art, but still kept some traditional French flavor with the glimpse of the building in the background.
