The Time Has Come....

Gare de Lyon

to say , "Au revoir Paris" once more. I was blessed with a ticket back to the city j'adore from a dear reader and friend. I tried to squeeze every last minute out of every single day for him. I leave as I always do, with a heavy heart, but take home so many wonderful memories of old and new places and friends that made this yet another series of Paris moments I won't forget. I will cherish them and relish revisiting them with you each day.

Awful feeling, I know. Like leaving a lover.

You'll be back soon!

I've been thinking about you today, knowing that it's your last day in Paris....but as you told me it's never too soon to start planning for the next trip!

Your friend is generosity personified, and we're all grateful to him for sending you to Paris, so you could share your photos with us.

When can I meet him?

My thoughts exactly, Petrea! :-)

V., blessings as you re-enter home turf and continue to sort through all the magical images you've taken during this adventure. You were in such good company, and the images you've shared so far are just fantastic (rave, rave, rave), like THIS one--just superb. Ah, I feel so good when I visit here. Getting my fix and knowing you had a wonderful time. Thanks for tucking us in your pocket and sharing the views!

That did fly, even from here, enjoying it second-hand. Hopefully the time will fly for you just as quickly between now and your next visit. Safe trip home!

Hello Virginia... Wow you were so lucky to be given a ticket to Paris, a lovely friend indeed.

I leave Paris with a heavy heart too, and I also cherish all the memories of my times with my wonderful friends over there.

Now that must be a "first"... something Peter had not seen or knew about .. Amazing Art in your previous post...

I am enjoying your trip to , so thank you for taking us along!

Oh, I feel your pain.
But, "better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all."
Safe travels & looking forward to all the new pics.
