Paris Puzzle V- What Is It? Where Is It?

OK, you Francophiles out there have been way too sharp , so today I'm ratcheting up the difficulty factor. I'm so sure you will never guess this, I'm even opening it up to all the French bloggers as well. How about that?? The deadline is Mercredi. Let the games begin!

Alice,
Tee hee, even Peter doesn't know this one. I'm sure of it. I'm feeling pretty smug right now! :)

JM,
It does look like that beautiful floor you featured on your blog!

It looks like Notre Dame.

Virginia, I asked Richard if we had ever seen this while in Paris and his guess is Les Invalides.

St. Sulpice floor? Why not throw out wild guesses while guessing???

Well those are some nice thoughts.......

I think it is the floor in the Rodin Musee.

KD,
Now you're right, the Rodin does have a diamond patterned BW floor..........but this isn't it!

Harriet,
Glad you enlisted Richard's help as well. You'll need it!

Now you have me thinking if I walked on this floor or not.

I'd get dizzy walking on that. Maybe it's a ceiling...

I just remembered that there are lots of mosaics at Le Petit Palais........
