The windows of La Hune, always beg to be studied and photographed. These were especially interesting was they are a bookstore and gallery.

Nuit à Paris

Our first night, Mary and I took a stroll through our new neighborhood.  Peering in windows is a favorite pastime.

Le croix

My obsession with Parisian vines continues from one trip to the next. The Marais is an especially fertile area for magnificent vines!

Le garçon à la fenêtre

He didn't seem a bit bothered by the two crazy Americans with big cameras taking his photo!

Begs the question...

How did the owner get the box up there and how do they ever water it???

Of course Parisian tigers wear scarves!

I've been offline for a while due to some computer issues. Thank you for continuing to follow my blog!

Les géraniums

Instead of buying scarves in Paris, I need to be loading up on whatever the fertilizer is they use. The middle of NOVEMBER and the geraniums at this window and all around town are still knockouts. This particular spot on Place Dauphine never disappoints, year after year.

La face

When in Paris, always check their website for exhibits.

Thanks to readers Mad About Paris and Avery Sloan who shared this information on Mona Bismarck.
I have had the good fortune to visit twice while in Paris. Peter Olson and I toured a beautiful Yusuf Karsh exhibit there and in 2014, we attended a street photography seminar led by photographer Meredith Mullins.
