The last geraniums. Triste.

Instead of buying scarves in Paris, I need to be loading up on whatever the fertilizer is they use. The middle of NOVEMBER and the geraniums at this window and all around town are still knockouts. This particular spot on Place Dauphine never disappoints, year after year.

Charmant

Spotted at the Notre Dame International High School in Verneuil-sur-Seine, FR. This was taken during my visit there in mid November. As you can see, They have had some warmer temps as well and we found geraniums blooming in Paris as well.

Les balcons à Paris

It is no secret that November in Paris is a favorite of mine. I try and reassure friends that the leaves are turning a fabulous golden yellow, but also, the flowers on the balconies are still spilling over in reckless abandon. I don't know WHAT they feed those geraniums. Today a photo taken last Novenber 14th. I rest my case.

Even in November, the geraniums in Paris flourish. It's just amazing.

Super Geraniums

Even in November!!! these café chairs are looking fresh with the lovely geraniums in the background. I have a theory that Paris geraniums are on steroids!

Proof...

 that Paris has the heartiest geraniums on the planet.  Mid November and they were still spilling over the balcons with reckless abandon!
