L'escalier

The beautiful Musée Jacquemart-André  located in this gorgeous 19th Century mansion contains an impressive collection of paintings, sculpture and tapestries.  Not as well known as many other museums in Paris but certainly worth a visit.

Musée Jaequemart-André

Great museum. I recognized the location as soon as I saw just a peak of the Tiepolo fresco. Another is on the ceiling in the very charming cafe. Lucky Veronique to be able to see the Boudin exhibit this summer.

I have been there and stayed for tea. Great suggestion. Wow that is a beautiful shot of the staircase.

This was one spot Rick and i were going to visit -- I'd heard high praise for it. We just ran out of energy (more than time, though that was short, too.) Every time I see a photo, I get pangs of regret!
