Coucher de soleil

You will probably never see a Paris sunrise taken with my Canon, but I have a few sunsets that I especially love.  This one with La Conciergerie in the distance is a praticular favorite of mine.

Oh, V ~ this is spectacular!! {And I'm more likely to see sunsets than sunrises no matter where on the planet I might be. ;) }

Great scene. Could be part of the opening sequence in a movie.

The way you shot this makes me feel like I've been let in on a wonderful secret, V. Shhhhh (and thanks).

Even with the slight bit of color under the bridge, I would never have guessed it was a sunset.

Even if it wasn't a beautiful pic which it is, I would have replied - for your sentence: "You will probably never see a Paris sunrise taken ....(by me)".... and neither wd you see one done by me....
I have however tons of 'couchers de soleil' - not only in Paris, but in Paris too!
I ADORE the 'tired', darkish, promising, warm and inviting colours of the evening sun (if there is any!) and you have taken a shot which could well be one of mine (but I did tell you before that we surely are soul sisters).
Dors bien! Bisous, Kiki
