Grand-père et moi

I think this little girl was lucky enough to have her grand-père join her for a spin around the ice rink at the Hôtel de Ville.  From the looks of her coat and pants, I think she might have taken a spill or two!

I'd be proud to have to shake Parisian snow off my behind. This is precious, dear V.

Spill or no spill I'm sure she had a great time. An ice rink outside the Hotel de Ville; where else but Paris.

A spill or two is part of the game. More difficult to support with the age.

What a sweet shot...the snowy behind just makes it more real! is that a snow man that I spy?

I wouldn't even feel the cold skating at such a beautiful spot. Lovely.

How lucky she is to have a grandpa young enough to skate with her!

Definitely a spill or two. I see grand-père hasn't quit smoking.

I never had that much fun with my Grandpas (although he could be Papa. Everyone thought my gray-haired brother was his daughter's grandfather). At any rate, well-captured, V!

Aren't they lucky to have a skating rink right next to this outstanding building? I like the background details. Two statues of sultry bare-breasted goddesses and a snowman.

Haha! Trust Jack to notice the details! Beautifully captured moment Virginia.
