The day we all visited
Saint - Denis, I spotted this photographer with his sights set on something very HIGH. We were a little pressed for time, or I would have walked right up and found out. I might have gotten to look through his lens. You know how I love a stranger!

Don't know what is more impressive, the door or his photography gear...
God bless you!

Love the balance of light shade and texture in your image Virgina.
Warm wishes.
The door is so impressive, and the light o it fabulous. I'm sure that guy makes great pictures, but Ho! how heavy must be all those things to carry!
Salut tout le monde,
It appears that the photographer is about to be attacked by a shady character from behind….his shadow!
Like the juxtaposition of centuries old door and ultra modern photography gear. Truly very impressive and expressive.
Great shot. One curious photographer taking in the curiosity of another.
That's quite a set up, I would have just hand held the camera and looked up... more than one way to skin a cat, I guess... though I never could figure out why anyone would want to skin a cat !
Yes, we know
it must be the alabama heritage !
bon dimanche
yes I wonder what he was photographing - he looks most intent...
Une superbe photo... A chacun son imagination... peut-être que...
tant de choses possibles n'est-ce pas...
gros bisous
Lovely composition, and what an amazing door,it probably looks more interesting now than when new!
Bon dimanche,

Owen, of course you know I shun the tripod at all costs!
I agree many of you that the light and shadows are probably what made this shot for me as well!

He does look a little like he's about to be mugged by his shadow haha! Excellent shot Virginia, always good to get a shot of a 'fellow man at work'!!
