Dimanche sur le quai

Normally I would have chosen black and white, but for some reason the pops of color made it more interesting for me. Your opinion?

I love the quais, but I haven´t yet made a break there. There´s never time to do all the things I want to... That´s why I have to come back again and again ;-)

That steep wall would make me a bit nervous. I can see me or my possessions or both tumbling down the wall. (I like it in color.)

Color was the right choice. I like the way The red cushion and bright pink sweater stand out among the more muted hues. By the way, your new header is delicious!

I like it just like it is Virginia, it's almost all sepia then whoosh! the colour bursts, such a nice relaxed and romantic image.

Color works!!! Of course, you can also do B&W with color bursts too!!! But I like the muted grey-greens!!!

Maybe I'm just a modernist, but color is always better.

Gotta go with the consensus here—the pops of color definitely add that V-like je ne sais quoi. Best of both worlds would be if I could buy the NY Sunday Times in Paris (but on Sunday), and read it here!

Oooh, Virginie. You have all the components for a great picture. Everyone is in the same relaxing mood. Color was the right choice...that's what makes one's eye move around the picture to collect all that's happening here. You are so good.
