Printemps

At the beautiful Jardin des Plantes.  As much as I love Luxembourg and Tuileries, this is the place to come, especially if you're visiting Paris with children.

totally agree......... and it's a special treat for friends from abroad with gardens of their own - there's ALWAYS something they didn't know or have never seen - AND there are joyful places and areas for children to fool about - lovely benches for readers, food kiosks..... :)

I agree. My kids even climbed some trees there and didn't get yelled at -- granted, they were the only kids climbing trees.

Kids in Paris?

My eyes get drawn to the shape of that window...

This makes me yearn to put on a sun hat and garden gloves. So lovely.

A colleague is taking her kids to Paris soon; thanks for the reminder to tell her to go here. Meanwhile—wow! That gorgeous yellow wall, especially with the little red window—I love this picture, V!

We lived right down the street from here until my daughter was 4 and my son was one. It's where my daughter rode her tricycle for the first time and my son played in the sand for the first time!! Thanks for this!!

We were a bit too early when we visited for a big display but the peonies were a most welcome sight -- all the more so, had it not been raining. It's definitely on the "return" list!
