Lost in Thought - The Antiques Dealer

This interesting lady was sitting in her booth at the Saint Sulpice Faire aux Anitquaires.

For my Birmingham readers, I am now offering "From Snapshots to Photographs", a five weekly 2 hour classes designed for the amateur photographer who wants to take more creative photographs. Working know ledge of your digital camera is the only requirement. Contact me for more details!

If I would - if I could - should-a, would-a, could-a. Thoughts are like that.

Not sure whether to call the expression on this lady wistful, absent, thoughtful or pensive. I think that's one of the elements which make this photo interesting.. Intrigue.

A great photo! I took a photo of an antique dealer sitting on a chair next to a huge, Russian nude painting in a large antique area in Paris in 2009!
Wish I could take a photography class from you!

Wonderful portrait! Maybe she's contemplating the value of her treasures and the possibility that they will sell. The lighting is soft and very flattering to the lovely lady.
