Looks Like Automne in Paris

Visit a street market anywhere in Paris,  and you can indulge in the autumn harvest.

Oui c'est l'automne! Mais avec tous ces beaux fruits(pommes, oranges, clémentines, kiwis, noisettes, noix, châtaignes...) on peut faire de bons desserts!

Beautiful fall bounty -- love the colors -- I could imagine a scarf in these tones draped around Mary's neck ...

Oh these colors are deep and vivid, all in the tones of autumn. Noisettes... miam-miam! Great photo, V.

C'est plutôt l'hiver qui arrive en ce moment. Après la pluie voici le froid ... Belle photo d'automne malgré les fruits tropicaux.

Seeing the chestnuts made me think of my late mom who loved roasted chestnuts .. she tried several times to roast them herself .. never did work out to her satisfaction...

My ex, who's French, used to roast chestnuts on our electric burner and they turned out pretty decent!

What are those things in the back that look like Christmas balls?

Starman,
Now you're the one in Paris last. You tell me! :)

As far as chestnuts go, I"ve never eaten one and I don't know what I was thinking. I think you might need a shopping cart with a little grill etc.! HA
