Paris Rouge - SOLDES!

If you are lucky enough to be in Paris in January or July, you can take advantage of the huge city wide soldes (SALES!). Here, BHV ( Bazarre Hôtel de Ville), one of Paris' largest department stores unfurls their bright red banners.

SOLDES!

Soldes, sales, occur in Paris twice a year, in January and July. Repetto's window never disappoints. I'm framing this for my ballerina granddaughter Chappell.

Paris Rouge - SOLDES!

One benefit of traveling to Paris in January ( and July) is that the whole city is having marvelous sales (soldes).  The rouge banners at BHV caught my eye while waiting in line at the Sempé exhibit across the street at the Hôtel de Ville.
