Trop de Pluie - Paris Rouge

As the SE is reeling from Hurricane Irma and the state of Texas recovers from the hell of Hurricane Harvey, my city of Birmingham is expecting the aftermath of Irma for the next two days. Whatever she brings, it won't be anything like the devastation that Texas and Florida, as well as all of the islands in the Caribbean have experienced. If you feel you can contribute, there are many organizations taking donations and money to help.

If I don't post for a day or two, it may mean we've lost power here.  Birmingham is a beautiful city full of old, gorgeous  trees that like to take down power lines. I"ll stay in touch!

I am waiting to hear the outcome of a friend's home in N. Fort Myers and intend to send her a sizeable check. It's devastating for all, especially poor people and many retirees.
