City Daily Photo Theme Day - Nature



Now, more than ever, I admire the French for their commitment to environmental issues. Throughout Paris, you see more and more vertical living gardens/living walls. I photographed this at Le BHV Marais L'homme.  More at Musée Quai Branley and across Paris, reflect Paris' focus on environmental issues that affect our planet.

This wall's quite dramatic. I can think of a couple of places here that feature living walls.

Yes, recent mayors of Paris have made some headway in fighting pollution. But it has not been easy as they are fought by the far right just as in the States.

Beautiful Virginia! The French are definitely leading the way here.
