Les arbres


Opened in 1825, Cimetière de Montmartre is officially known as Cimetière du Nord.  It is the third largest resting place in Paris after Père Lachaise and Montparnasse. I've visited this cemetery on many occasions and highly recommend it.

Je confirme, ce lieu est loin d'être triste et mélancolique. Chaque fois que je m'y suis promenée j'ai ressenti une certaine sérénité, d'apaisement...
