Les boucles

Losco, artisan ceinturier located in the Marais, is one of those Parisian specialty shops that makes a photographer very happy.  Since 1979, they have specialized in just one item...belts.  The first time I stopped in they were happy to let me photograph to my heart's content. This last trip, I was graciously allowed three...then four ( with a smile) photos.  I was happy to oblige their request.  Today the case of fabulous silver buckles.

Love all of these together. I can see why your camera would love them.

I know exactly who would appreciate these Virginia, Aimee has quite the collection of belt buckles. Wonder why the restrictions the second time around?

This would be interesting to me. Santa Fe has several stores specializing in Indian wear, and cases of silver and turquoise buckles are common. I have a couple of belts that came with alternative silver or gold buckles, but I find that once I pick the first buckle, I never change them. Lazy guy.

The owners should be very glad they let you take those shots—you've shown their buckles off beautifully, V.

Lovely shot, it's one of the wonders of Paris that there are so many specialist shops, even belts.
