Une promenade dans la neige

Jardin du Palais Royal

Snow was in the forecast for Paris today. I've been lucky enough once,  in January 2010.  The clipped trees cooperated nicely.

Those are some very neat and tidily clipped trees! Lovely photo!

Beautiful V. The snow must present such wonderful photo opportunities. Not something I'm likely to capture over here. Ciao J.

I would love to walk through Paris in the snow. I imagine the city slightly hushed.

Pas le moindre bonhomme de neige ? Dommage.

Pretty, but I like it when it's warm and the chestnuts are in bloom.

Great photo. It looked like that again today but with blue skies and the snow sparkling in the sunshine!

That’s when you can see how good the gardeners are at pruning the trees!

Brrrr—I'm getting a chill just looking at this photo! (And you definitely made the most of your time in snowy Paris.)

Snow in Paris is all well and good....unless....you're sitting on a plane at CDG!

The trees look grand all trimmed like that.

You leave pretty soon. Have fun!
