Très mignon

You know how I feel about the children.  Isn't he just the most precious with those pink cheeks and nose on a cold January day!

I think part of the charm of little French children is that they don't wear pink/purple puffy nylon coats. The French seem to put their children in real wool and cotton. And it shows.

She seems happier to wear the traditional "cagoule" than I was as a child. I hated how that thing always lay flat on my head (and ears!) :-) Good to see that in children fashion, like in many other things, "plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose..." :-) Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

I noticed that French mums spend a fortune of cute kids' clothes. He/She looks happy :)

Another wonderful portrait, V! I was thinking the same as Roseann—even les gosses are dressed in classic Gallic style. This little guy is very handsome indeed, but he looks like he could go for a chocolat chaud!

Are French kids cuter than all the others? It has something to do with the pale skin, but lots of northern Europeans (and their American descendants) share that. In the end, I think it is the fact that they speak French, which is impossibly cute.
