The blue hour at its finest as seen from the portico of this beautiful church.
Sainte- Trinité, built between 1861-1867 and designed by architect Théodore Ballu as part of the beautification and reorganization of Paris under Baron Haussmann. This might be one of my new favorite churches in Paris.

We just enjoyed coffee at the cafe across the street from Sainte Trinite yesterday! We've visited the church before, so just relaxed before its facade. My husband and I explored Montmartre all morning yesterday. It's "Winter Time" in the EU starting today (clocks falling back last night) and il fait froid in Paris aussi hier!

Arches present such wonderful photograph opportunities and this one is no exception. The contrast of the midnight blue background against the golden hue in the arch is wonderful and makes me want to seek out this location post haste. J.
