Strolling By Patrick Allain

A delight, even in the dead of winter.  Patrick Allain Fleuriste is must see on the Île Saint- Louis.

Yes, the name really makes it worthwhile to visit.

I'd be happy to see this shop, but then again, I'd be happy to be anywhere on the Ile Saint-Louis.

Yet another impossible-to-resist spot in Paris. And I love the foliage that's tumbling down from the upper floor. Happy Friday, dear V.

why do flower shops in Paris look prettier, more inviting, enticing, irresistible.. more this and that than anywhere else... more expensive also.. in comparison with Belgium and Holland, so when I get there, I just look and enjoy and buy at home :)

Oh gosh, I could spend hours in a flower shop with all the gorgeous fleurs. It would be hard to pick just one bouquet.

Have you ever heard of Rosemarie Schultz? I believe she had a shop in Paris. She makes the most beautiful sachets and dried arrangements. I have a few of her sachets that have never lost their scent. :)

Have a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful, V! It makes me happy whenever I get to pass by this place—or maybe I'm already happy because that means I'm in Paris. Either way . . . you just made me another shot of happy!

I strolled by that very spot back in April -- a slightly soggier day but it was a beautiful site! Love these daily photo posts!
