Chez Marianne in the Marais is a place I've photographed more than once. I've never dined here. I checked the ratings and found it serves Kosher and Middle Eastern cuisine. Mixed reviews on the service. That said, it's a great photo op in any season.

I always love to hear your soundtracks..the image is really so pretty I see why you like it as a photospot...just as I like your blog for its musical sounds of France. merci beaucoup
P.S. I wonder how the food is for kosher and middle eastern cusine...not that I like either one..
Une façade toute verdoyante... Belle photo.
Gros bisous
did you like the food, Virginia? not taking the service into account?
will be heading that way in two weeks and staying near St Paul... to be close to the maison de la photographie, among other things
Those green and red are already Xmas colors! :o)
I LOVE THAT PLACE...Anita
I remember strolling past Chez Marianne. I adore vine covered buildings - despite the damage the vines cause!
Did Marianne get the chance to talk to you, the "Paris through my Lens" daily photo blogger?!
Lovely Paris Rouge (check spelling) photo
I like this photo although I think next time you go it will be totally engulfed by the vines!
How funny that we both had vines in Paris today! Love the rouge, and although I have seen this place, I have not eaten there either.
I like the square bright yellow sign fighting it's way out through the ivy Virginia, lovely colour combinations.
Beautiful place!! It is always a delight to visit each day when you post! I dream of going to Paris again!
love the greenery .. love the red awnings .. someday I'll get my own Paris photos
I've not eaten there, either, but I love Middle Eastern cuisine.
I've heard it's not good for a structure to be overgrown with ivy like that—but it looks fabulous!
Paris rouge, c'est aussi les sens interdits.
I passed by "Chez Marianne" sooo many times (I love the Marais), but I have not eaten there. The food looks interesting.
