Paris Jaune I

I've had this adorable jeune fille since my November, 2008 trip. I'm thrilled to be able to post it now!

It really does pay to comment you know. Starman requested a series in all the primary colors, and since I've done rouge et bleu, I decided to dig around in what remains of my Paris photo stash, and voilá a little jaune. Actually, I may be able to squeeze another post or two out of my findings. Merci beaucoup mon ami!

It's especially nice with the reflections of the buildings in the background!

You knew I would love this .. a reflecting shot has so much to see .. and the header .. I am impressed with how evenly manicured those tree tops are!

You teenagers are so cool and hip. Great shot.

Daryl,
The trees fascinated me on my first visit. I would still love to see how they do it! When they are leafed out, it's not as apparent. This remains one of my favorite photos. Taken with a Nikon Cool Pix in 2007!

Vicki,
Merci for your visit and comment. I'm dying to get my hands on your new book. I'm still a little sad I didn't win one when you had the giveaway on your blog!

I like the reflection too. This was in a patisserie window as I recall.

Wouldn't that be a great photo-mural in a child's room? Peut-être Eva?

Paris could use a little jeune soleil right now!
