Les bouquinistes

For hundreds of years, the booksellers have opened their green boxes in almost any weather, to sell their wares. It's a treasure trove of antique and used books, prints, magazines, and now assorted souvenirs for the eager tourists. I'll admit to purchasing some lovely vintage prints and posters myself. C'est Paris!

Belle Vue

The view from Square du Vert-Galant,  at the tip of Île de la Cité is very special. It's usually quiet and being so close to the Seine is a lovely experience.

This last trip in November, we had beaucoup de pluie!!! All you can do is embrace it and try and keep your camera dry.

Today, I join James' Weekend Reflections, a group that I love! Click HERE to see more from around the world.

Paris Rouge - Boats Along the Seine

Square du Vert-Galant

Square du Vert-Galant, located on the western tip of Île de la Cité at the Pont Neuf. It's lovely any time of year but especially in the fall.

Monsieur Crêpe

This friendly crêpe maker is smiling because he knew Peter and I caught him licking the Nutella off his finger! I seriously considered grabbing the jar and making a run for it.!
