Up rue de l'Arbalète

In June, 2009, we made this walk every day on our way from the Censier Daubenton metro!

Bonjour Chat!

Ohhhh, I love this image of Eva captured during our three weeks in Paris, 2009. We passed this street art by Nemo, every single day, going to and from the Censier Daubenton métro. During our time in  Paris, Eve kept a running count of the cats she spotted in Paris. Maybe she included this one!

La découverte

As I wandered rue des Saint Pères (5eme) near our apartment, I spotted open doors and a passageway. I've trained myself to never pass up an opportunity to investigate when there are open doors in Paris. At the far end I could see what looked like a charming shop, antiques maybe. Off I went. As you will see in the next few days, this is how I've found some of the best places in Paris. Come back tomorrow and see my discovery!

Un massage de la rue

This Sunday you could stop on rue Mouffetard and get a quick massage for whatever you chose to give. Monsieur made my back feel much better. I was most grateful.

Printemps à Paris?

Well non.  I've never had the pleasure of experiencing avril in Paris, so this is a little stretch.  This charming flower shop near rue Mouffetard was on our beaten path to and from the Metro the summer of '09.  Brings back some sweet memories pour moi!

It's not avril in Paris just yet but go ahead and enjoy this tune

Coup de Foudre

Daughter Melissa and Eva

Mon premier voyage, notre première journée!  As we strolled down Boulevard du Montparnasse that afternoon, la Tour welcomed us to Paris.  This is where I fell in love!  The rest is history.

I Love Paris When It Drizzles

A rainy day in the 5eme. I think that may be mon amie Mary's parapluie! Sweet memories.

Today Frank Sinatra will sing "I Love Paris" pour vous and be sure and watch the video, some very nice images!
