This magnificent papier maché angel was part of one of the most beautiful nativities I have ever seen. Made, I'm assuming, from papier maché, each figure was lit from within. I'll share more next December !
Heavenly, V! I have not been inside this church in several years and sorry that I missed this nativity scene in December... I can't wait to see the rest!
It's ever so detailed for a paper mache

ReplyDeleteJilly, I'm glad you like the header. I do the text in Picasa now and don't use Google's fonts etc. Now I can put the text wherever I want it.
Joe and Deborah,
Welcome! I'm so glad you left comments. Please come back often.

I can tell that this was a memorable nativity by just seeing this one angel. The effect of the lighting is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteMagnifique, V! What a brilliant idea (so to speak) to light this from within. Do we get to see the whole thing next Christmas?
ReplyDeleteAhhhhbsolutely lovely -- I can't wait to see the rest of the nativity pieces.
