And they also seem to know just where to pose. When we visited the Musée Montmartre Chat Noir exhibit there was a beautiful black cat posing in the courtyard.

Whenever I saw a cat in France, I always felt it was there just for me! You're right -- they are divine posers -- and this is a wonderful image.
The cat makes the photo, but the colors, the shutters, the building, those are so French.
