Café Nemours, one of my favorite haunts for wine or lunch at Place Colette, did not make the cut for the Paris Marathon this trip, but I did get this shot as we breezed past it last week!

So much to and so little time. May be next time V.
ReplyDeleteI love these chairs! And your header is very beautiful!

Un seul client bien emmitouflé.
ReplyDeleteI really love your latest header photo!

But of course I will add to my list for next visit! Hope you are doing well? Thank you for gorgeous image as always..bisous Colette
ReplyDeleteHi V,
ReplyDeleteI am thinking you never took the time to sit on this last trip!
Loved the picture of Marly in Roe.Cobblestones and all!
Thanks for the visit. We are moving when we return...ugh!
One can always count on at least a single steadfast soul on the terrace here. He looks as if he wonders what you are doing out, too. Nice perspective.
ReplyDeleteVirginia, excellent way of incorporating a little Paris rouge into this photo! Makes me wish I could sit down for a warm cup of coffee!
ReplyDeleteVirginia,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot... I love the chairs!
Pretty picture! It does look lonely out there. Great looking chairs. :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks cold and lonely like that - perhaps a large coffee instead of just an espress today.
ReplyDeleteAs Joe said, so little time! And I won't tell them you dissed them this trip, V. (Apparently you weren't the only one—the place looks unusually empty.)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, V. I travel to Paris in March for another cooking class. I'll send you a "springtime" perspective of Café Nemours. :).
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you did this trip on rollerblades, Virginia.
ReplyDeleteI thought it looked like Rue de Rivoli but I was about a block off. Lonely scene. I do not understand the economics of French cafes.
ReplyDeletehow many hours I have spent here, along with Marly....love this photo, it takes me right back~
ReplyDeleteThe perfect photo for the next theme day!
ReplyDeleteI think you've lost your zest for Paris. There is ALWAYS time for a café.
