Patrick Allain?

Peut-être

Patrick Allain Fleuriste  has been in this charming shop for 25 years right on the rue de la St. Louis.  Paris Breakfast and Shell Sherree have paid homage with their delightful artwork as well.  Proof that even in the middle of janvier,  Paris blooms!

  2. Stunning...I always try to have some cut flowers around the place, but the summer heat means they wilt after a few days. Just seeing the colours spilling out over the le trottoir lifts the heart.

  5. Beautiful, and a gentle reminder that there's nothing like the color and lift of fresh flowers in our day.

  6. Un artiste, certainement... How I miss French florists and their colorful displays here in the US... Somehow, buying flowers at the local supermarket does not quite compare... Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

  7. I could stand for hours and just look at flowers. All the different types and pretty colors seemed to be arranged perfectly! :)

  8. Don't know how they do it, but I have seen fresh flowers in front of this shop during a hail storm (I was
enjoying an ice cream from Berthillon myself)!

  9. You'd think the flowers would die quickly in the cold air.

  10. Hi Virginia, I came across your lovely Paris site from one of my followers and I adore your blog! I think I dream of Paris even though I am not French! Love the fresh cut flowers and looking through previous posts, very inspiring. Will visit again soon! xo Pam
