Hi Virginia these book stalls are a favorite but the vendors can be annoyed if you browse and do not follow up with a purchase... which happened to me not long ago ;( it makes a great picture !!
Hey, slow down, sweetheart. This is one part of Paris where you need to take your time and browse. I always find something I need (OK, something I want).
Well, for me, I enjoy the observations that occur at different paces...slow, in one spot for an afternoon, or fast & intense glimpses...I lovely your photo here, Rita
Vision of paradise !
ReplyDeleteoh I would love to browse there too. LOvely photo.
ReplyDeleteLike it in black and white...timeless.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the rare moments when I can spend a long time browsing books!
ReplyDeleteThis one grabbed my attention. Well done V.
ReplyDeleteOh to spend a couple of days browsing through all these books. Heavenly! :)
ReplyDeleteParis hasn't changed much in the past thousand years or so, what's your hurry?
ReplyDeleteYou definitely should, V—you never know what treasures you might find. (And I love this in b and w too.)
ReplyDeleteI always want to browse, too.
ReplyDeleteAnd I forget that they are books written in French!
All I can do is look at the pictures!
