All Paris Métros Are Not Alike

Someone obviously decided that the meetings at L'Assemblée Nationale are so boring they needed to cheer up [errr... wake up...] les Députés on the way to le Palais Bourbon... Did they succeed?     Maybe they were trying to invigorate their relationship with Germany, since these are the colors of the German flag.
