La Danse des Chaises

Late one afternoon as I snooped around the Village St. Paul, they were bringing the chairs in for the evening.  I snapped these delightfully colored chairs right before they were stacked away for the night.

  8. So glad that they were into bright colors as those chairs are just perfect against the gray cobblestones. Very nice, V.

  9. Hi Virginia,
Oh my, time has been flying right along, work was crazy up through Christmas... I see you've been busy, was just looking through your recent posts, always your quiet sense of grace for the surroundings you explore. These chairs... they are dancing, and whispering in each other's ears, shyly... but maybe we could pull a couple of them up to a table one of these days. I hope January won't be too crazy cold and snowy like December was. It was a nightmare here for a lot of folks, some of whom had to spend the night in their cars in the Paris area after the ice and snow storm hit...

    Happiest of holidays to you...

  11. Owen,
How could i photograph our Paris any other way? Thank you. I hope we'll be able to spend a little time together next week but will certainly understand if your work and other commitments won't allow it.
