These two make terrific neighbors, don't you think?

  1. I love that ~ is it an inky midnight blue? Or is it a bluey-black. Striking, and a beautiful foil for the red, indeed.

  3. A perfect shade of red, a perfect shade of blue thrown in with a touch of Paris...does it get any better than that?

  5. Virginia - this doorway and window look very familiar! Was this taken on the rive droit, just before la Seine , perhaps on rue du pont Louis Philippe?

In any case, another striking image for your Paris Rouge series...

  11. Who ever said Paris is a "gray" city? I've definitely heard that, but you disprove it time and again, Virginia. Love these gorgeous saturated colors.

  12. Oh Alexa, Paris is indeed gray a lot, if you are talking about the weather and the sky. But.......the stores, the cafes......oh the rest make up for it. Today's photo says it all. Thank you for noticing! :)
