Jacob, Don't apologize for your français. I've found that "Bonjour" and "Merci beaucoup" will take you very very far in France. The best two phrases you can learn. I"ve found the French to be so very helpful and appreciative when I've used them and believe me, I"ve used those two, a zillion times!!! Did I mention with a French drawl, as Altadenahiker calls it??? HA
