What is it about the bread in France, is it the water? I had a baguette and cheese on the train. Asked a Lady why the French always carry the flowers by the stems. She said the water drips on the petals. I had no problems in Paris. The French women were so lovely and kind. Wish I were there today. Shucks I'll bake some bread, it's cold enough. yvonne
