Jeannie, I was waiting on someone to ask that question. The first time i was in the Sacre Coeur there were no photo limitations. This last trip, I was looking for friends and didn't walk by the NO PHOTOS sign. I honestly took photos all through and didn't know it wasn't allowed till we left!
