L'escalier


Another hidden gem in Paris, le Musée Jacquemart-André.  The staircase is almost worth the trip.

    oh Vi; you REALLY tempt me - first of all I haven't been to that museum, and secondly this staircase alone would make a visit worthwile.... a wonderful Thtake of one of my fave photo subjects. Thank you for this beauty

    It is a beautiful mansion, It also has some good special exhibitions. I saw a fabulous collection of Boudin's paintings there a while ago. If you go it is a good idea to buy your tickets on-line to avoid a wait.

    It is a beautiful staircase. The light looks like it gave quite a challenge in photographing the scene.
