Wow! These "girls" seem to be more "prominent" than anything I've seen recently on any model or mannequin--Paris or elsewhere. ;-)

A mannequin store? I suppose that fashion stores must buy them from somewhere, though I wouldn't have expected to be in a place where tourists go.
