Sunday on rue Mouffetard, waiting for the singing and dancing to begin, I spot this. Another reason I love being a photographer. Capturing precious moments like this makes it all worthwhile.
Do we ever feel as comfortable with anyone as we do with our mothers? I have a picture of me holding Tucker, he's about 3 years old, cold, just out of the pool, snuggled onto my chest, and I'm reading a book over his shoulder. Same kind of feeling where we're just furniture for each other that we can take for granted because our love is not questioned.
Timeless and charming.
ReplyDeleteSo precious...
ReplyDeleteYou're right -- photos like this DO make it worthwhile.

ReplyDeleteCute? This is vicious. The little girl on the left is trying to gouge her mother's eyes out. Call for help!
