I spent a good a amount of time photographing these chairs and shadows at the Église Saint-Paul-Saint-Luis in the Marais. This one of my favorite churches in Paris. I rarely visit the Marais without stopping in.
Today I happily join Shadow Shot Sunday right HERE!
Oh very niiiiice !
ReplyDeleteTrès belle photo, j'aime beaucoup!
ReplyDeleteMerci de tes passages et commentaires sur mes pages!
Have a nice day!
Elles sont souvent attachées ensemble dans les églises : un peu pour éviter que l'on fasse du bruit en les remuant, mais aussi un peu pour pas qu'on les vole.

ReplyDeleteOh, this is a bit like coming home... It's been so long since I have enjoyed a Daily City Photo blog. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt must be time! Since I came across your lovely blog, this morning.
Shadows... Mesmerizing...
We were lucky enough to spend 8 wonderful days in Paris, way back in '99.
How lucky you are, to have returned and returned and returned.
Now, via your blog, I can do so also. Thank you.

ReplyDeleteThis is an excellent shot!
ReplyDeleteI like the simplicity of this...
ReplyDeleteLovely image, Virginia!
ReplyDeleteA deceptively simple shot. Well done, V! (You should link back to the Shadow Shot Sunday meme.)

This is a great shot. I have decided that the next time I go to Paris, no more point and shoot. The good camera is coming along.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to decide where you focused. Maybe on the floor a little bit past the furthest chair?
ReplyDeleteVery nicely done. I particularly like the floorboards.
ReplyDeleteThe subdued light tone beautifully complements these chairs and shadows. Enchanting.
