Looking Heavenward


I'm not sure if she's an angel, but I think this is one of the loveliest statues I've seen at Père Lachaise or any other cemetery.

    She is pretty realistic, not an idealized woman. I wonder if Paulita is right, i.e., this is a portrait of the woman in this grave.
