La technique


Watching the street crepe vendors is fascinating. They've perfected the technique. I think that little paddle helps!  Pass the Nutella svp!

    Street crepes are divine. We have one downtown restaurant in St. Paul that makes very tasty, traditional crepes like this one during sunny summer days.

    I still remember my first visit to the Eiffel Tower when we stopped nearby for crepes. Grand Marnier and strawberries in the crepe -and then the view of the tower. Perfection!

    lovely shot - we have those stalls in Zurich Altstadt (old town) too and it always was a special treat for me to have a crêpe... bon app!

    Mes enfants petits adoraient que je leur fasse des crêpes... Tous les dimanches soirs, sans la krampouz, je faisais les crêpes et s'ajoutaient à table en plus de mes 4 enfants une ribambelle de leurs copains et copines !
    Une photo merveille qui me rappelle ces doux moments.
